Why We Built ‘Asymmetrical Learning’

In today’s information-rich world, students need more than access to facts. They need the ability to think clearly, question deeply, and solve real problems.

Traditional education was not designed for this era. As AI delivers instant answers, the skills that matter most are human: deep reading, critical thinking, and independent thought.

This is why my co-founder Ketki and I created Asymmetrical Learning. Our goal is to equip K–12 students with the mindset and tools they need to thrive in a fast-changing world.

We see the impact every day. As one parent told us, “My daughter now reads by choice and asks better questions.” That shift from passive learning to active thinking is what drives our work.

From humble beginnings to now serving students across India and globally, our mission remains the same. We are helping young minds move beyond consuming information and learn how to think for themselves.
